Privacy Notification for the Protection of Personal Data.
In accordance to what is expressed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Individuals ("the Law"), Industrials AlEn S.A. de C.V. its subsidiaries and affiliates ("AlEn") establish the following Privacy Notification:
Terms and Conditions
The purpose of the current Privacy Notification is the protection of personal data from the workers, employees, or AlEn candidates, via the legitimate, controlled, and informed handling, in order to guarantee its privacy, as well as its right to self-determination.
Personal data must be understood as any information related to a physical individual, identified, and identifiable.
Sensitive personal data must be understood as: Those personal data that affect the most intimate circle of the holder, or its improper use may originate discrimination or lead to a severe risk for him/her. Specifically, the data considered sensitive may disclose aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, current and future health conditions, genetic information, religious, philosophical and verbal beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preference.
For the purpose of the current notification, the personal data and sensitive personal data together will be called "Data". AlEn will guarantee the legitimate, controlled, and identified handling of Data of its workers, employees, or candidates. The temporality for Data handling will be undefined from the date in which the worker, employee, or candidate provides such information to AlEn.
AlEn will be able to use the Data provided by its workers, employees, or candidates via request, paper format, digital format, e-mail, or any other document, for the purposes described in Attachment A of the current Privacy Notification, prior consent of its workers, workers, or candidates.
The worker or employee may object to their handling at any moment when he/she considers appropriate, under the terms of Attachment B and the Law.
AlEn Privacy Office will be accountable for Data handling and will be obligated to meet the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability established in the Law; therefore, based on articles 13 and 14 of the Law, AlEn is committed to observe strict confidentiality of the Data, as well as maintaining the administrative, technical and physical security measures that enable protecting them against any harm, loss, alteration, access, or non-authorized handling.
Upon the terms established by article 22 of the Law, the worker or employee will have the right to exercise their access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition rights at any moment for handling of their personal data, through a request via e-mail addressed to oficinadeprivacidad@alen.com.mx or in writing at AlEn address located in Boulevard Díaz Ordaz No. 1000 Colonia Los Treviño en Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. The request must include the requirements established by the Law.
AlEn occasionally may modify and/or correct this Privacy Notification, which will be informed to its workers or employees.
Signing of the current Privacy Notification and its attachments shall be considered an expression of consent from the holder under the term of the Law.

The personal data we collected from you will be able to be used for the following purposes:
1) 1) Identify all visitors received at AlEn through the receiving areas open to the public
2) 2)Keeping an automated control of visitors received at AlEn through the de receiving areas open to the public, as well as external courier reception areas.
What personal data do we collect and use from you?
To carry out the purposes described in the current privacy notification, we will use identification and working personal data to identify where you are visiting from..
What sensitive personal data will we use?
In addition to the aforementioned personal data, we will not request sensitive personal data.
Who do we share your information with and with what purpose?
We inform that your personal data will not be transferred to any third party.
Attachment B
How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or object of its use?
You have the right to know what personal data we have from you, what we use it for and the conditions we give to its use (Access) Likewise, it is your right to request correcting your personal information in case it is not updated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used according to the principles, responsibilities and obligations intended in the regulation (Cancellation); as well as objecting to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

How can you revoke your consent for the use of personal data?
You may cancel the consent which, in its case, you granted us for your personal data handling. However, it is important to keep in mind that we will not be able to meet your request or conclude the use immediately in every case, since it is possible that, due to a legal obligation, we require to continue handling your personal data. Likewise, you have to consider that for certain purposes, canceling your consent will imply that we will not be able to continue providing the service you requested, or conclusion of your relationship with us.

Minors' Personal data
We inform that we have special interest in taking care of minors' personal information under the terms of the law, through the establishment of specific measures, such as:
§ Obtaining the parents' or guardians' consent through the consent format for minors' personal data handling .
§ Verification of the consent authenticity granted by parents or guardians, requesting the documents confirming the relationship of parents or guardians with the minor.
§ Implementation and maintaining the most strict security measures in order to ensure minors' confidentiality.
